Holistic medicine or holistic health is a belief that is best defined by an understanding that one’s well being is defined both by its physical aspects as well as its mental aspects. These two facets of life are closely interconnected and are virtually inseparable. We always need to take everything into consideration when it comes to our health. Instead, it deals with the different aspects of the individual. It may seem strange to some but all of us understand that our physical well-being is often intricately linked to our mental and spiritual health.
